The place was clean and the wifi was strong. I didn't use the kitchen, but it looked quite well equipped. The only possible downside was noise from other rooms. I'm not sure whether it was the occupants or the house, but it didn't really affect me. This Airbnb is a nice option for a Burnaby stay, within walking distance of the nearest Skytrain station and Metropolis at Metrotown, the mega shopping mall. Convenient if you want to explore nearby areas.

We were looking for a place because hotels around Vancouver were pretty expensive, and we weren't disappointed. Our room wasn't too small, the service was very nice, and the shared bathroom was always very clean and rarely occupied. A few days after leaving, we were in Vancouver again and had forgotten to book accommodation. The staff from Victory House responded very quickly and offered us a stay at a very reasonable price. The area is a quiet, pleasant suburban neighborhood. The metro is relatively close, along with some restaurants and shops. I would have preferred a slightly livelier neighborhood, but that's just my preference. All in all, it was a very convincing stay, and I'll surely come back when I return to Vancouver.
