The staff made this two-night stay especially easy, particularly Grace at the front desk(manager). She was kind, professional, and welcoming, and kept everything smooth and stress-free. You can tell she enjoys her work, and it makes a real difference. The room was comfortable and clean, breakfast was very good, and the pool and other facilities were well maintained. Everything was great at Applause Hotel Calgary Airport. I'd absolutely stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting Calgary.

The towels were the worst part of the stay, like sandpaper instead of soft bath towels. It seemed they weren't using softener when washing them. Otherwise, this deserves four stars. The room was roomy and modern, and you can change the mood with the LED light color under the bed. My favorite feature was the shower, with three modes: rainforest, front jets, and handheld. It's ideal if, like me, you don't use a bathtub. If breakfast is included, there are six choices. The ingredients were good quality, though it isn't an all-you-can-eat spread like at Holiday Inn Express.

The rooms are large and roomy, and the rooftop hot tubs stay open until midnight. Breakfast is free with plenty of options. Even though the hotel is beside the airport, the rooms are quiet.

The restaurant was very good, and this hotel is conveniently close to the airport. Flight times are displayed in the lobby, which is handy for travelers. We had a good stay overall, though the beds weren't comfortable and the shower head was faulty. Since we were there for only one night, those issues were manageable, but they'd be irritating over a longer stay. The vending machines also didn't work properly and refused payment.

This is a handy place to stay for a late arrival at Calgary Airport or an early flight. Of the three Clique properties near the airport, this is the newest. The rooms are clean and cozy, with a modern look. I especially liked the strong shower pressure, the firm but comfortable mattress, and the tasty breakfast served by friendly staff.
