The service was the real standout. I was traveling as an employee, but they treated me just like their other valued guests, and I felt well looked after. The location is perfect, and the rooms have enough space for four adults and babies. My only issue was dining at the restaurant: it’s run by a third party, so I understand the price, but the portions were so small.

Clean and comfortable, with a great restaurant. We had the top-floor suite, though, and it was short on extras. One closet had no hangers, there were no robes, wine glasses, or openers, and despite having a dishwasher and microwave, there were no dishes, kitchen cutlery, dish soap, or cloths.

Issa gave us a warm welcome and was very professional. The hotel was clean, cozy, and convenient, and I’d happily recommend it and stay again.

The pool was freezing, which was my main complaint and took the enjoyment out of one of the big reasons we chose this hotel. Aside from that, it was a good stay. Check-in was quick and easy, and our room with two double beds was large, clean, and in good condition.

The shuttle nearly made us miss our flight. Even though guests are told to book ahead, nobody checked who had reservations as people boarded. Walk-ons took up half the shuttle, so the hotel had to call taxis in a panic, and we barely made it. The hotel, restaurant, staff, and location were excellent otherwise.
