The new owners are extremely friendly, take pride in offering affordable prices, and are renovating the place with a great modern feel. It’s a very affordable stay, with a great location, plenty of parking, and room service. They’ve done some great renovations and are working to rebuild the community’s good opinion after the previous owners. Really good room deals can sometimes bring in people who don’t respect other people’s property. The owners don’t discriminate and want this place to be for everyone, which I admire in hospitality. Your efforts haven’t gone unnoticed. KEEP IT UP! When you stay, do them a favor and respect the place 💯 and the hard work the owners and staff put in to make it feel like a 4 to 5 star stay with what they have.

I enjoyed my few days here. The staff were great, the room was clean, and the price was really good. The location is what it is, but the hotel speaks for itself in so many ways. I’ll definitely stay here again.

The mattress had a huge blood stain. That was enough for me to leave and never return. It’s the most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed, and the cleanliness is so far below what the price might suggest. If you’re thinking of staying here, reconsider.

Thank you for your response. I want to clarify that my concern wasn’t only about the deposit policy. I understand hotels have rules for deposit refunds and wasn’t asking for special treatment. My complaint is about how the front desk staff behaved during the conversation. When I asked about the deposit, they didn’t explain the policy respectfully. Their tone was rude, and the situation became uncomfortable in front of other people. Calling the police or threatening to do so while a guest is asking questions isn’t professional. My wife was unwell that day, and the way things were handled added stress for both of us. Whatever the policy, guests should be treated respectfully. I stayed at your hotel for many days. If I’d had serious problems with the room earlier, I would have reported them. This complaint is about the front desk incident, not my whole stay. The VLT coupons are separate, and I still have those 2 tickets, which they didn’t cash out. I hope management reviews staff behaviour so future guests don’t face the same situation. Thank you.
