Valet parking was easy, with the lot right beside the hotel and the car returned quickly. The whole team gave great service throughout our stay. Special thanks to Antoinette for making us feel so welcome, and to the wonderful female server in the restaurant. One gentleman helped in several areas, including valet, the restaurant, and the front desk, and made our stay feel especially warm and cared for. I’m sorry I forgot his name. The hotel only opened in late 2025 and feels very new. Our room was comfortable, and the bathtub was excellent, with strong water pressure. The downtown location made it convenient to visit attractions. Front desk staff were extremely friendly and greeted us warmly each time we returned. The breakfast team were kind too, and even asked about our stay.

The room was bright and comfortable, with a great city view. The beds were awesome, everything felt fresh and well looked after, and it was quiet at night so we slept really well. The hotel was spotless, and cleanliness clearly matters here. Staff were friendly and welcoming as soon as we arrived, and check-in was quick and easy. The location is convenient and close to everything, with easy access and valet parking. It felt like great value for the price. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay, and we’ll definitely return and recommend it to friends and family.

The gym is a brilliant space, with top-of-the-line equipment and gorgeous views. The breakfast room, Sam’s on 2nd floor, is lovely, and the hotel’s decor is awesome, with lots of cool little touches. The Kohler fixtures are really nice too. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, quiet, and thoughtfully designed. The hotel feels beautiful and welcoming, with care put into the small details. It’s close to everything downtown, including a tie onto the +15 that’s due to open soon. You’re going to want to stay here.

On Christmas morning, we found two knitted red stockings on the door handle, filled with hotel-branded cookies that were really tasty. It was a sweet touch. The breakfast was free and had plenty of good options, and Antonette, our breakfast hostess, was friendly and helpful. The other staff were welcoming too, and the atmosphere felt comfortable and relaxing. This newly built hotel was fresh, modern, and very clean. It also has a nice gym. We had a great stay, would come back, and recommend it to anyone visiting Calgary.

We brought our cat, and the room and accommodations were fantastic. Everyone was friendly and went above and beyond to make both us and our pet comfortable. Shout out to Francisco, Lovepreet, both Bellmen, and Ana at breakfast. We’ll definitely stay here again!
