Suite Digs Sasso

The place feels grimy and very unsafe, and the surrounding area has a lot of homeless people and drug users. The elevator rattled the whole way up. It's old, dated, and overpriced. I was there to look for a place to rent. Sorry, folks, find somewhere else to live.

I moved in at the end of January and really like the building, its location, and the friendly neighbours on my floor. The amenities are great too. Robyn at concierge is just the best. She's been quick to respond and really helpful with all the questions I've had since moving in. She's easy to talk to and I love her vibe.

The location is beside a shelter. The apartments are furnished, clean, renovated, and cozy.

The concierge/receptionist was very rude and made no effort to help with my delivery. A small mistake in the address pin sent the driver to Sasso instead of Vetro. They're twin buildings, so mix-ups can happen. I tried to direct the driver to the right building, but she insisted the mistake was entirely mine and suggested I was deliberately wasting the driver's time. I can't believe someone working in hospitality would act so unprofessionally. Building management should make sure staff handle situations more professionally.
