I asked the security guard named kushmeir a simple question, and he swore at me, shouted over the phone, and hung up. He was incredibly disrespectful. I emailed management about the incident and haven’t heard anything back. This isn’t the kind of security staff you should keep employed at your establishment.

The building seems poorly constructed, and the management is even worse. It needs constant, expensive repairs. Balconies and windows are falling off, the facade is crooked and chipping, and lower-level units have large cracks from the building settling. There’s almost always an elevator out of service, the garbage chute keeps breaking, the front door key fob mechanism repeatedly fails, and the garage doors break at least monthly. The parking garage is the dirtiest I’ve ever seen. I had to wash my car every week to keep it reasonably clean after all the dust and dirt down there. The AC and heat systems are poor, the insulation is bad, and you can expect big bills. Fees are expensive, and the few amenities are often broken. I’ve also heard several women say the security guard is a creep, and the reception staff are rude. Honestly, I never had any problems with the shelter across the street or the homeless folks.

I visited a few weeks ago and found the building and location very sketchy. The concierge at the front desk, a woman, was nasty and rude too. They need proper training. Be careful when interacting with them.

It’s a decent building, but every interaction I’ve had with the evening concierge has been one-star. He’s always rude and useless, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend the building because of him. If you’re miserable and hate people or your job, find another one. Also, I’ve never had to pay to use an elevator when moving in or out.
