Alisha, the Front Desk Operations Manager, was welcoming, professional, and attentive, and you can see her influence in how smoothly the desk team works. Bless and Jhose were also kind and patient, always greeting me with a warm smile and making sure everything felt comfortable. The bellman who helped me yesterday evening, whose name I wish I remembered, was courteous and made arriving and leaving stress-free. The Westin Calgary was clean, comfortable, and well maintained during my three-night stay. The team’s hospitality is what made it memorable. I’d absolutely recommend it and look forward to coming back.

Bowie at the front desk gave us outstanding service, attentive and genuinely caring. They made our family feel comfortable and looked after from the start. The rooms were clean, the location was great, and the atmosphere relaxing. We made lovely family memories at The Westin Calgary and will definitely return.

Our out-of-town wedding guests had a comfortable, reliable place to stay at The Westin Calgary, and we were glad we chose it for our hotel block. The Crown Suite worked perfectly as a gathering spot for meals and time together between events. Guests also raved about the newly renovated pool, gym, and sauna. The hotel was affordable, clean, and accommodating, right in the downtown core near all our venues. Daniela was especially helpful, communicating quickly and clearly. The hotel was flexible too: we added a few rooms at the group rate on the spot, and they found us an extra conference room when we needed one. Parking was easy to find and reasonably priced, a real plus downtown. The rooms are a little small and somewhat older, but for the price and the overall experience, that wasn’t a major issue.

The stay was comfortable during a very cold Calgary weekend, though the hotel feels like it hasn’t changed in years. I still wish there were plugs beside the beds on both sides. I skipped breakfast at the hotel because I find it a rip-off, and went elsewhere instead.
