The amenities are often unavailable because major construction projects are poorly managed and announced with little notice. Add in the constant leaks, which restoration crews apparently joke about, and expect condo fees to rise faster than you might think as water damage claims drive insurance costs up. Management at the time I’m writing has poor communication, and the concrete building isn’t as soundproof as I expected from past units. This was the worst concrete building I lived in in DT Calgary. There’s a reason for the high turnover. I hope you read this before buying, because you’ll regret the decision.
