Best Western Premier Calgary Plaza Hotel & Conference Centre

We compared a number of venues before choosing this one for our wedding, and it stood out. Emily and her team made everything easy from our first inquiry through the end of the night. There was one minor snag, but they took it seriously and fixed it right away. The setting and food were good, and they were available whenever we needed something during setup, the wedding, and teardown. The price was fair, and I was satisfied with the service and venue. For a work trip, this was a really enjoyable stay. The room was cozy and spacious, the bed was great, and the location put us close to lots of food options. Check-in and checkout were easy, and the staff were very friendly. The pillows were tiny, almost like decorative throw pillows, but otherwise I enjoyed the visit and hope to come back soon.

We spent three nights here as a family over Christmas, and it was a relaxing getaway. The pool and hot tub were a big hit with the kids, and the hotel was quiet at night. I especially liked that some rooms have a bidet, a great touch. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were welcoming, check-in went smoothly, the breakfast selection was excellent, and the breakfast staff were incredibly nice. We’d definitely stay again.

Parking was plentiful and convenient, and the hotel is well placed for the airport, about a 15-minute drive each way. The room had plenty of glassware, good lighting, and a calm, cozy feel. I stayed in a King Suite with a jet tub, which was high quality and made for a relaxing visit. The whole hotel felt clean and well maintained, with a beautiful layout and a professional but friendly atmosphere. Staff were kind, helpful, and accommodating, making everything easy. The suite was spacious and spotless, with a comfortable bed, crisp clean linens, and a modern bathroom stocked with what I needed. I especially appreciated the bidet built into the toilet. A fantastic stay for comfort, quality, and service. I’ll be back, and would recommend it to anyone visiting Calgary for business, with family, or for a romantic getaway.
