Villa Inn & Suites, SureStay Collection by Best Western

We were heading home through snow and ice and decided to stay the night. Our small 10' travel trailer was in tow, and the lot was almost empty, with only two other cars. I explained that I had a broken ankle and a handicap plaque, and that we wanted to stay close to the door because of the ice and snow. The desk clerk told us to park across the barriers, even recommending we block in a transport truck. When we questioned that, she said, "that's his problem". She then directed us across the way to a spot marked NO PARKING, rather than letting us stay by the building. I had to make the icy crossing twice with a busted ankle. In the morning, we found there was no coffee maker in the room, only one in the breakfast room. Black particles and coffee grounds came out of its spout, so I poured the coffee down the sink. The bacon was almost raw, and there were no dairy alternatives for coffee or cereal. We got breakfast up the street instead. For the price, the service and breakfast were poor. This isn't handicap friendly, and it's not a good stop if you're towing a trailer. I expected better from a Best Western chain.
