Hello Mary, thanks for sharing those great stories. We loved your company. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and everything happening in Kingston was 10 minutes away. If you're a good human, don't hesitate to stay. See you, Mary!

Mary was the reason I felt so well looked after, from arriving at the property through to leaving. She was the only staff member I saw during my stay, and she clearly explained how to use the washrooms and unlock the front door. We had pleasant conversations at breakfast and on the morning I left. At 8:30 am, breakfast included toast, homemade jam, yogurt, fruit, coffee, and scrambled eggs. There was also Wi-Fi and self-serve drinks on our floor through the night. The four basement rooms are spacious, with big beds. Mine had a TV, bathrobe, towels, desk, and very comfortable pillows. Visiting from Toronto, I chose this unique bed and breakfast for the good reviews and price, and it exceeded my expectations. Just remember it's cash only, so stop at a bank machine before you arrive. That should also be listed under "payment" when booking. I've found my "getaway hotel" for my next visit to Kingston. Thank you, Mary, for the amazing hospitality!

Mary's hospitality was lovely, and I adored her. This quaint, unique B and B also has a great location, parking, and rooms. I'll be back when I'm in Kingston.

Lainie and Frank here, we've just got home after spending the weekend at the O'Brien house and absolutely loved our stay. Mary was kind and accommodating, and made us feel right at home. Her dog Buster is the cutest, too. Thanks for having us, and we hope to come back in the summer. I'd recommend this place to anyone staying in Kingston.

We had a "dog fix" with Buster and some interesting chats with Mary during our three nights at this B&B. The breakfasts were delicious. We also really enjoyed Kingston and the surrounding area, including the sights, points of interest, and food. If we travel there again and need a place to stay, I know where to go.
