L'Hermitage Hotel

Nadya, Mary Anne and Seiko gave us the best client service I've ever experienced, from check-in right through departure. Their written updates before our visit already showed how special the hotel and its staff are. I enjoyed all the amenities, especially the steam sauna. The stay was unforgettable and deeply relaxing. I can't think of a single negative. Thank you.

The staff were so kind when I injured my foot on the trip, bringing me ice several times a day, and I could work on my laptop in the restaurant without feeling pushed to order. Everything was clean, and I loved my stay. The staff are polite, attentive and amazing. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower had a strong, nice spray, which matters to me because I have thick hair. I used the hot tub every day. The gym seemed mediocre, so I didn't really use it.

My parents chose this place for our family vacation since it's their favorite Vancouver hotel, and I understand why. The location is hard to beat, the staff are very professional, and the rooms feel just right for a luxury boutique hotel. I enjoyed the pool, spa and gym during our stay. We picked L'Hermitage because, although it isn't cheap, its prices hadn't gone up as dramatically as some other luxury hotels nearby. At that price, it still felt like good value.

The heated outdoor pool and hot tub were a real highlight. Parking was easy, and once we left the car we could walk everywhere. The location is great, the room was roomy, and the bed was so comfortable we didn't want to get up. I've stayed at more than a dozen Vancouver hotels, and this is my new favorite. The staff were especially kind and helpful.
