Park Inn & Suites by Radisson, Vancouver

For the price, the room was excellent, clean and neat, with no frills or gimmicks. Every staff member I met was polite and professional, which made the stay comfortable, and the bed was so comfortable too. The hotel’s location is reflected in the price. Ask for an even number room to avoid some hospital and industry noise. That noise isn’t the hotel’s fault, but it can be reduced by choosing the room. I’ll stay again when I need to be here.

Staff were nice, and check-in and checkout both went well. The room was clean, though not quite to my standards, and I liked having a fridge and balcony. The bathroom was very small with hardly any counter space. Our do not disturb sign was respected for a while, but staff did come in when we weren’t there, which was alright, I guess. It was super expensive, and I wouldn’t go to the restaurant.

It was a decent stay, with a clean, comfortable room and friendly staff. The daytime construction noise nearby and hospital sirens at night were a lot. The place needs renovation: the drains were slow and the bathroom wallpaper was peeling, so I was glad to hear it’s slated for redevelopment. The price was the going rate, but given the condition and noise, I think it should have been a little lower.

I have asthma and cigarette and pot related allergies, so the building being 100% smoke-free made me feel safe. The room and hallways were clean, without heavy fragrances, and the staff were nice. There are lots of food options on the street.
