We’ll definitely come back. The location is perfect for walking to the boutiques and restaurants, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The place felt charming, quiet, clean, and cozy. Our bedroom was really cute, with a balcony, and I felt at home. There’s a sauna and cold plunge as well as a hot tub overlooking the mountains. We also enjoyed the common areas, playing chess by the fireplace. My favourite part was the tea station, with lots of varieties and plastic-free tea bags.

We spent four days here and everything was wonderful. Breakfast went well beyond what we expected. Marta and Eleanor made the stay even nicer. They’re so lovely and clearly care about your comfort. We honestly thought they might be part of the owning family. Their smiling greetings were a great start to each day. We highly recommend the place!

I don’t usually write reviews, but this is the best inn I’ve ever stayed in. The service was incredible, with a lovely mountain view and an easy walk to downtown. There’s coffee, a range of teas, and hot chocolate available around the clock. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh chia seed pudding, a smoothie, eggs, and hash browns. The hot tub was cozy and quiet at night. For longer stays they have quite a few add-ons, but you need to request them ahead of time. I went in the off season, when the prices were very reasonable for a tight budget. With everything they offer, I’d also come during the busier season.

It felt like a home away from home, and we’re looking forward to returning. The rooms were warm and cozy, and the staff were pleasant and accommodating. We also loved the nostalgic, welcoming Christmas atmosphere.

Our room felt just as cozy as the reception area, and the rooftop hot tub was such a nice place to relax. Anabel greeted us at 9:00 pm and was welcoming, gracious, and friendly. Breakfast the next morning was tasty, and Katerina, our host, was awesome. The atmosphere was amazing, with five-star service!
