Our room looked out over the meadow and was spotless when we arrived. We brought our fur baby, and they had thought of everything for him: a welcome sign, dog bed, bowls, poop bags, and even a gourmet treat. Such a sweet touch. The staff were warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful from check-in until we left, making the whole visit feel easy. Every meal was comforting and delicious. We had high tea by the wood-burning fireplace, a peaceful and romantic setting, with a tasty charcuterie board and desserts alongside a glass of wine. Before dinner we unwound in the sauna, which I highly recommend. Dinner was a beautifully served set menu, and the food was delicious. Compliments to the chef. A cozy, relaxing, romantic place that felt truly special. We can't wait to return.

The setting was surreal and beautiful, and it really felt like a place we could call home. We went with a young child and booked the larger room/cabin. There was plenty to do, whether on our own or with others: lounge by the fireplace, take a stroll, or ride the e-bike on icy local roads. The staff were as helpful as they could be, and the atmosphere was great. We were never hungry, which can be a concern with an 'all inclusive' stay. The food was great. We miss this place and can't wait to come back.

The team made us feel welcome with their smiles, tips, and information about the area, which helped us make the most of our stay. The mountain and valley views around Mt Engadine Lodge are hard to describe, and pictures don't do them justice. You have to experience them in person. My wife and I came to relax, and we did just that. The food was absolutely amazing, and we were never hungry. Starting with time in the great wood-fired barrel sauna made it easy to settle in. I highly recommend taking time to get away and explore Mt Engadine Lodge and everything they offer.

We spent a couple of days at Engadine Lodge after our wedding and had a great experience, even with the very snowy weather. The setting was beautiful, the food was good, and both the service and the room were great. We'd definitely recommend it and will probably come back for an anniversary.

We got lost for about 1.5-2 hours and were nearly out of gas when we reached the lodge around 945pm, while a wedding was going on. The woman working there, who I think was also the wedding planner, was so kind. She let us use the WiFi and landline to call for help. Thank you so much! We're grateful, safely back in Toronto, and hope to stay at the lodge when we visit Banff again 😄
