We were four mature ladies on a road trip and booked two rooms for the end of September 2025. At first we were disappointed by the location because we’d hoped to be in town, but that was our own mistake. The older motel has rooms on the small side of average, though they’ve been renovated and were exceptionally clean. Two of us explored the beach in the morning, and we all agreed we’d stay again. We were up early for photos of an amazing sunrise, too.

I left feeling extremely upset and disappointed. This was the worst motel service I’ve experienced. At check-in, at 3:00 PM, I asked whether I could use the laundry facilities. The owner responded aggressively that they weren’t available after 3 PM, a limit that hadn’t been clearly communicated beforehand. When I asked about an alternative or a little flexibility, she was dismissive and unhelpful. Several amenities listed in the description were unavailable or not offered during my stay, and no one addressed the missing services or offered compensation. The owners also smelled strongly of alcohol while speaking with me, which may explain the hostile attitude. That made the place feel uncomfortable and unprofessional. I’d strongly recommend avoiding this motel. There are plenty of other places where guests are treated respectfully and advertised services are actually provided.

I stayed two separate nights, and Mireille was kind and really caring. The road noise bothered me in the first room, so she made sure I moved to one farther away. It was completely quiet there, and I was very pleased. Thank you, Mireille ❤️
