Quality Inn Downtown Inner Harbour

my friends and i spent 4 nights here and had a fantastic stay. the room had all the essentials and was really warm during winter. it's in a convenient spot near downtown, restaurants and cafes. ario at reception was so nice (he asked for my perfume mist hihi). highly recommend!!

We asked for a room closer to our family members who were also staying at the hotel, and the staff upgraded us to a nicer room when we arrived. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and we liked both the location and the locked underground parking. We had a great stay two weeks ago, would recommend it, and plan to return.

This was our second stay, and it was great again. The room was clean, the beds were comfy, supplies were stocked and the staff were friendly as always. I appreciated the medical discount, though I'm not sure exactly what it was; something is better than nothing! We walked a few blocks down to the touristy area before I had to stay at the hospital, while my guy was able to stay in the room. We found lots of fun restaurants and pubs, so we'll have to come back for a pub crawl. My only complaint is the parkade. The issue isn't really the parkade itself, but people park badly and make it hard to get into the spots.

The best thing about this place is the location. It's close to everything, and I love it. Our rooms were basic and clean, and our part of the hotel was super quiet. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The prices are around $370 and up now, though this used to be a basic $150 stay. The garage smells terrible. Please don't advertise the gym, it's sad, and the pool is a no too. They could use that space for storage or something.
