I liked that the staff were accommodating and put us in a quiet part of the hotel. Breakfast had decent variety, and the gym had two treadmills and two ellipticals. Cleanliness was a letdown, though. It was technically clean but didn’t feel fresh, and there was a noticeable pot smell in the hallway. The property also seemed a bit run down next to other hotels on our trip. Given the choice again, I’d probably pick the Hampton next door.
This has felt like a home away from home for years now. The staff and management are always welcoming, and the kids love staying here too. We'll be back in a few weeks. Merry Christmas and happy new year to everyone at the hotel. Cheers.
We had a couple of quiet nights here. The bed was great, and the room had a desk and chair, an easy chair, coffee maker, and microwave. There was a nice complimentary breakfast, a good-sized pool, a small but adequate workout room, and an open business area. It's five km from downtown.
I stayed a full week and felt very comfortable. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the shower pressure was great. The bathroom had good lighting, including a light-up mirror. There was a large TV, fridge/freezer, and microwave, plus Dove shampoo, conditioner, and lotion that weren’t watered down. Breakfast was included, though I didn’t have any, and parking was free.
I've stayed here four times, usually with at least four under-12 teams around, so you can imagine how noisy tournament times get. The staff handle all the noise really well and are excellent with the kids. I wouldn't recommend another place for a family stay.
