Candlewood Suites Chatham South by IHG

The staff were the standout for us: front desk, manager, housekeeping, and breakfast team were all helpful. We couldn't have asked for more, and we'll definitely recommend the hotel and come back. The one-bedroom suite had everything we needed, including comfortable beds, cozy duvets, a stocked full kitchen, a high-end bathroom, sofa and recliner, big TVs, and a dining area. Breakfast was the best we've had at a hotel, and we loved the 24-hour specialty coffee.

We really enjoyed the pool, and the whole building was very clean. As a local, I booked a birthday getaway mainly to use it, and we stayed in the newly renovated suites. It felt like home, with lots of extras in the room that I hadn't thought of, including things that helped with basic kitchen tasks. The renovation was beautifully done, without the lazy construction mistakes you sometimes see after hotel updates.

The staff were so friendly and cheerful, greeting us with warm smiles and making us feel welcome. Their kindness really added to our stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, well maintained, and had a full kitchen, which was very convenient for our family and for a longer visit. We also enjoyed the indoor pool, and the breakfast was good. We'd stay at Candlewood Suites Chatham-Kent again if we get the chance to visit Chatham-Kent.

The rooms were very clean and the beds comfortable. A great place to stay if you're heading to the cascades casino in Chatham.
