Our youth minor hockey team had a fantastic weekend here. The staff were kind, professional and great with the whole group. They kept the kids happy with Christmas crafts and little activities in the lobby, and their care made the stay much easier for all of us. Everyone was welcoming and thoughtful. I'd highly recommend the hotel to teams, families or anyone looking for warm hospitality.

We had a great one-night stay. The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful, and the pool was fun for both adults and kids. Our room had two queen beds plus a sofa bed if you need another one. Body wash, conditioner and shampoo were already in the bathroom; I think you can call the front desk if you need another bottle. Breakfast was good and had some choices, though not a huge selection.

The location worked perfectly for us, with Walmart, Boston Pizza, Dollarama and A&W right beside the hotel. The staff were friendly, the rooms were very spacious, and they were cleaned every day.

Our kids loved the pool, and the adults made good use of the hot tub. We were impressed with the hotel, especially the kitchen staff's help at breakfast for our child with Celiac. Cole went above and beyond. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Pincher Creek.

We struggled to get to sleep because it was very noisy between 9-11pm. The room had a big empty spot where a chair should have been, and we would have liked one. We went down for the included breakfast at 7:45am, but there was no seating for over 30 minutes, so we eventually had to buy food somewhere else.
