Management was very nice, but my stay was so-so. The cleaning needs to improve immediately: they didn't change my sheets for a week, and only did so after I brought it up.

For over $250 a night with dogs, I expected more. The location is close to Waterton National Park and the hotel is dog friendly, but the positives stopped there for us. We had a more renovated room, yet the kettle and electrical outlets didn't work, the towels smelled damp, and the mirrors weren't cleaned properly. Service was nonexistent, we got no invoice, and the WiFi didn't work. At a lower price I'd say you get what you pay for, but that didn't feel true here.

We paid $190 a night for a basement room that smelled of old cigarettes and sweat, with old mud all over the stairs down. There was no daily housekeeping. In our group, toilet seats broke and room keys stopped working. The beds felt rock hard, like layers of bubble wrap, and made crumpling noises. Towels, cups, glasses and paper products were lacking, and noise from the floor above was far too much. I wouldn't give it another try.

It was clean, which matters a lot, but there wasn't much else to say. Why did a small room need two fridges? We got one glass, one cup and thin towels, and the person at reception seemed annoyed. We were tired, otherwise we would have carried on.
