The staff were friendly, lovely, and really helpful. The hotel is in a nice central spot, and the rooms were great, with cooking facilities including a fridge, one burner grill, dishes, and silverware. Breakfast was free, with donuts, bagels, cereals, and fresh-made pancakes with butter and syrup, plus plenty of coffee and tea. There was also a hot tub, sauna, exercise room, and a laundry room guests could use. It needed coins, but was a nice addition.

The staff really made our stay at the Super 8 in Cochrane. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming, and the place had a warm, homely feel that made it easy to relax. The hotel could use a bit of an update, but it was spotless and well cared for. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a good night’s rest. A really pleasant stay with outstanding service.

On Valentines day, I paid $175 and had a horrible experience. I’d booked and paid through Expedia, and requested a good view two weeks ahead, but got a room overlooking a blank wall. The female receptionist at the entrance wrote down two of my credit card details and security codes in a private notebook, which seemed highly suspicious for a scam. I’ve worked in the hotel trade, and this doesn’t feel like a safe place. Look after your financial transactions. Not recommended.

The pet friendly room was clean, on the first floor, and conveniently located. The beds were comfortable and I enjoyed the smart TV. Service was good, and fresh cookies in the lobby were a nice treat. Breakfast was decent for the price.

We felt welcome throughout our stay. They even let us use the hot tub for half an hour after it had closed, which was service above and beyond. Thanks so much for making our stay.
