Holiday Inn Express & Suites Saskatoon Centre by IHG

Breakfast was a real treat during our four nights, with different choices each day and even bacon. I loved the pancakes, warm cinnamon buns, and a good cup of coffee to start the day. Just get down before 10:30 am. Sasarh at the front desk was fantastic, always smiling and happy to answer our questions. Our room was bright, modern, very clean, and had a great view of the Saskatoon skyline. We enjoyed an evening at the pool, which was surprisingly warm, and the hot tub felt great after a long travel day. Housekeeping was fast and efficient, left us extra towels, and the room was sparkling when we returned. We had a great stay!

They pay attention to small touches, like free cookies, a sanitizing wipe in each room, and some really great beds. The rooms are good, the staff are very helpful, and breakfast is well done. One of the best all-around hotels in the city.

The staff were kind all through my stay, even a member of the cleaning team asked how my day was in the elevator. That sort of thoughtfulness really sets the tone. The front desk also arranged a cab for the morning when I texted, so I didn’t have to worry about getting to my next appointment on time. At check-in, both desk staff welcomed me and made relevant small talk, then got me settled quickly. My room was clean and warm, and despite the hotel being full, it stayed quiet. I got a text within ten minutes to check that everything was okay, and it was lovely. I had a supper meeting, grabbed a delicious cookie for the drive, then came back to a big comfy bed and amazing pillows. I slept well both nights. Well done.

Good prices, free parking, and the best complimentary breakfast around. There’s a great pub next door and a superb restaurant beside it. The rooms were excellent, clean, and updated. Service feels old school in a good way. I could text for something and get an immediate reply. When I called, I reached someone at the front desk without going through prompts, being sent to Texas, or sitting on hold with chamber music. The women at reception were easy to understand. Great staff, this new hotel is the best.
