I was there for a conference, and the staff worked hard through all hours of the day for four long days. They stayed friendly and were extremely helpful. I’m very grateful and impressed. The rooms are comfortable, with one of the best mattresses I’ve slept on, and I loved the underglow beneath the bed. I’d come back.

For $290 plus taxes and fees, our concert package included a nice room with a river view, rides to and from the venue, an appie, two drinks per person, and breakfast. We checked out Sunday and paid $10 each to upgrade to the buffet. Everything we ate was delicious and top notch, and the service was unbeatable. We couldn’t have been happier.

I felt very safe there as a woman traveling alone, with security patrolling the property 24 hours a day. The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I’d driven for 14 hours and arrived very late, completely exhausted. The security guard saw me unloading my car, helped carry my luggage, and brought it right to my room. I was extremely grateful. I was there for a whole conference weekend.

The bridge and river view is about as good as it gets in the province, and the tables are arranged to make the most of it. I had lunch at the restaurant recently and was impressed: the burger was great, the fries perfectly crispy, and both our server and the service were excellent. Parking was easy too. I’ll be back to enjoy the patio when it’s warmer. Well done, Park town!

This used to be our regular hotel in Saskatoon, and we’d always recommend it to friends and family. After several disappointing stays, we’re going elsewhere. We stayed a week, left housekeeping notes, and asked the front desk, but the sheets were never changed. Shampoo, body wash, complimentary water, and other standard items weren’t replenished either. The pool wasn’t cleaned during our visit, with dead bugs on the deck, and the gym water jug has been empty on every stay for months. The queens feel more like double beds. The air conditioning was meant to run until the end of October, but it was off by mid-month. With the windows open and a fan going, 24°C was as cool as we could get it, like living in a sauna. Some of the women at the front desk were rude, though both men we dealt with were great. When we arrived the parking lot was full. We were told there’d be no extra parking charge, as were other guests checking in then, but the next morning a woman lectured me that I should have to pay. I wonder if the other women who checked in then got the same lecture. I contacted the hotel after they asked for feedback, but a month later I still hadn’t heard back. It’s sadly not what it used to be.
