Colonial Square Inn & Suites

I came to Saskatoon for hospital treatments and stayed here three separate times. The rooms were very clean, the staff were helpful and friendly, and the prices are hard to beat. There are plenty of restaurants close by and a gas station too. A very good place to stay.

The hotel was clean, and the staff handled things well. Even with police around throughout the night, we felt safe. The area, though, was rough, with people using drugs around the restaurant and bar attached to the hotel, in the parking lot, and trying to get into the lobby. It's a nice hotel in a terrible location.

The rooms were clean and nice, with no bugs or pests. All the staff were kind, and management was very accommodating. I'd definitely recommend it.

I stayed for a month. The first 19 days were okay, but then some of the customers the place attracts got loud and smoked in their rooms. The police were there too often, and I wouldn't return unless things improved. The owner and management weren't truthful with me about some parts of our agreement. Some staff, including the owner and manager, seemed kind and gentle, though one cleaner didn't treat me well.
