We booked online on April 25th, 2026, before our trip. The website asked about our preferred room setup and arrival time. I selected “I don’t know,” though the estimated arrival window ran from 12:00 AM to 11:00 PM. I later noticed the booking had defaulted to a 4:00 PM check-in. During our 19+hour drive, my boyfriend called twice to confirm we could check in whenever we arrived, 24/7, and was told yes. But when we got there exhausted at 2:30 AM, they said no check-ins were accepted then and told us to leave and return at 4:00 PM. They vaguely blamed it on the room only being cleaned and ready by then, yet said it could “magically” be available right away if we paid another $195 plus tax. The clerk was no help and even laughed at us over misinformation that came directly from him. We left and scrambled for somewhere to stay at nearly 4:00 AM after the long drive. After endless calls, another hotel managed to take us at the last minute. Absolutely vile place. We'll never deal with this place or company again, and I've reported the charge to my bank as fraudulent. Money leeches.

The staff were welcoming, and the room was clean with good housekeeping. The property itself looks dated and needs renovation and modernization, falling short of the polished images online. In-room tea and coffee were sparse, just one coffee sachet and powdered creamer, and there was no handy way to get tea or coffee with fresh milk or cream at reception. Breakfast was disappointing too. There wasn't much beyond cooked items, and the quality was poor, with rubbery bacon, pale sausages, and watery pancakes. Unlike many similar hotels, there was no fruit, cereal, yoghurt, or toast.

An older hotel, though some areas have been renovated. I have no complaints, and it was good value with a warm breakfast. One small note, not a criticism: to send the water up to the shower head, you twist the lower faucet spout. Maybe I'm just naive, but I'd never come across that style before.

I was in Saskatoon for work and stayed at the Heritage inn. The staff were helpful and friendly, and Marwa deserves a special thank you for being so accommodating and making my stay a great experience. My flight was very early, so I really appreciated their offer to pack breakfast for me. I look forward to returning to the Heritage Inn.

We needed somewhere to stay in Stoon on the way to Mexico and again when we got back. The room rate and the option to leave our vehicle worked out well, and reception was great. Dinner was really good, and Irfam gave us pleasant service. Everything was cooked just right. Since we had to leave before 7am, they packed breakfast sandwiches for us to pick up in the morning. Taxi fare to and from the airport was included too.
