I found the location convenient and felt safe there. The rooms and property were clean and nice, and the front desk staff were wonderful. It’s the nicest Choice property I’ve stayed at in Saskatchewan. The on-site restaurant has a varied menu, and I liked everything I tried, though plumbing problems kept it closed throughout my second stay. The complimentary breakfast was good too. I highly recommend it.

Before anything else, Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year 2026 to all the staff and management. After I got back, I was robbed and spent 15 months in a wheelchair. I’ve only just started walking again. I was meant to stay another two weeks, but left after a staff member accused me of not letting Garfield into my room and then lied about me to the front desk. Other staff backed me up and said he shouldn’t have treated me that way, especially as I’d been a guest for months. It had felt like being part of a family. One person at the front desk started yelling at me in Garfield’s defense, and I said I wasn’t going to argue. I’d even helped the desk with other guests and spoken in their languages. I enjoyed chatting with most of the staff and got along well with them. The head woman at the desk should have talked to me first instead of letting things get out of hand. Too bad Sally had to have surgery. I hope you’re doing better. Cheers, sincerely, SIR ROBERT PERE NOEL ROBERTSON.

We booked through Expedia, which we’ve used dozens of times without problems. Lou, the front desk manager, was terribly rude and difficult to deal with. From an established chain, I expected a much more accommodating stay.

The rooms were clean, the service friendly, and the complimentary breakfast and fitness center added good value. Quality Inn and Suites Saskatoon is comfortable and budget-friendly, though the rooms feel a bit dated and some areas need minor maintenance. There’s room to improve the upkeep.

I’ve stayed here before and usually had a good visit, but I won’t be back. I worked for Ramada Hotels for five years, and if I’d treated a guest this way, I’d have lost my job on the spot. My wife’s Christmas present was supposed to be a trip to the Hardy concert in Nine Days, but my 79-year-old mother fell, fractured her ankle, and could no longer watch our underage children. We had to cancel the trip. I’m less upset about the money than about how someone in hospitality could show so little empathy. The reservation’s nonrefundable status wasn’t made clear, and the concert is still nine days away. The room is five minutes from a major venue, so they had plenty of time to resell it, possibly for double. Booking.com contacted the hotel after we hit the nonrefundable roadblock to ask for an exception, but the answer was a hard no. I called myself, stressed and frustrated, but managed not to yell or swear. The front desk agent said, “No, we won’t even consider it.” When I asked for the manager, he refused to transfer me. I asked for head office contact information, and he said he wouldn’t let me speak to anyone else. There was no attempt to discuss the situation. From the start, talking to him felt like talking to a brick wall, and my problems seemed meaningless to the hotel. The reply below says I was already frustrated, which I certainly was, and it still doesn’t show any effort to understand what happened. There were no reasonable steps taken, and nobody treated me like a person. I never said I knew influential people. I said I know a lot of people, which is different. The front desk agent following the rules is beside the point. Management wouldn’t speak with me or explain why they couldn’t grant the request. Customer service sucks. There’s no empathy or consideration for the people who keep the place in business. They lock the doors around the clock, and managers won’t even talk to someone dealing with a difficult situation.
