The elevator has been a serious problem for us. Between 11pm and 6am, you need a key fob to use it, but the scanner often fails. We've spent anywhere from 5 minutes to an hour trying repeatedly to reach our suite. Sometimes the doors won't open again, leaving us stuck until someone calls the elevator from outside, and the call button doesn't work either. The property manager knew about this issue before we moved in about 4 months ago, and it still hasn't been fixed. I would not recommend staying here or at any Obasa locations.

A nice downtown place to live, close to Kinsmen park. Kids can spend time there in the summer.

The elevators are the fastest in Saskatchewan, and the views are nice. Still, after living here for six years, I wouldn't recommend it because of the building manager. He once forced his way into my apartment. His wife is pleasant, though.

I was there for work. The suites were nice, and the place was very nice.
