Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Saskatoon, SK

We often come to Saskatoon for work or medical appointments, and Country Inn and Suites is always comfortable, clean and reasonably priced. The staff are what make it for us, though. On our latest stay, a family medical emergency meant we had to add a night. We were exhausted and had booked the wrong room, but Hariana at the front desk helped us check in again and sorted out the room without hesitation. They gave our family such warm, reassuring support during a difficult time. Hariana's smile, personality and understanding were above and beyond. Any service industry employee could learn from this wonderful person. Having Hariani there to welcome guests is a real asset to the business.

The room was well maintained and the price was affordable, but the hallways and staircase needed cleaning. Breakfast was pretty disappointing. If you mostly want bread, bagels, pancakes or waffles and little to no protein, it may suit you. The boiled eggs were sitting in a cooler, so who knows how long they'd been there, and there was barely any fruit. The juice was watery and the coffee just so-so. It wouldn't take much to make the free breakfast more enjoyable.

We stayed the night of February 13, 2026, and won't be coming back. Parking was very difficult, and breakfast was average. The hotel is basic from the lobby through to the room. Ours had separate sitting and sleeping rooms, but the furnishings were poor quality. The bedding wasn't clean, and the sitting room sofas had big stains.

My daughter was stranded after missing her flight, and Hariana was so helpful while I tried to book a room for her. Someone booked the last room online while we were arranging it, but he called me back when another room became available. I was really impressed he went out of his way to do that. My daughter said the room was big and lovely.
