Sheraton Cavalier Saskatoon Hotel

We keep finding ourselves at Sheraton's more often, and have stayed here a few times. This hotel is modern and spotless, and our room was amazing. The secured underground parking is a big plus in winter. There are a couple of great restaurants and the snack express shop right off the lobby, and all the meals were perfect with great service. All the staff and management were excellent. The front desk employees and assistant manager gave us great service at check-in. At the few Sheraton's I've stayed at this past year, the employees have been exceptional and made us feel welcome.

The staff were fantastic, friendly, and so helpful. Carvers Steakhouse had incredible steaks, and Scarlet Craft Kitchen offered plenty of breakfast, lunch, and supper choices at reasonable prices. Our king suite was huge, with two bathrooms, two TVs, and a mini fridge. The separate thermostats in each room were a great touch. The couch cushions worked as an extra bed, and three adults plus three kids slept comfortably. We could have used a microwave, though. The pool area was awesome, with a deep pool, kiddie pool, two hot tubs, a fast waterslide, and a bar and restaurant area. I’d absolutely recommend this hotel.

We stopped here for one night on our long winter drive from Edmonton to Estevan. The staff made us feel welcome, and our king preferred park view room was spotless, nicely equipped, and had a very comfortable bed and linens. We also enjoyed a meal at the restaurant and the lovely service there. Getting around downtown on foot was easy. It was our first stay, and we’ll be back when we’re in the area.

The birthday girl even got a sweet treat, such a thoughtful surprise. Everyone was wonderful, and the service really made the stay special. We chose this hotel for its pool and waterslide and the easy walk to the mall. Check-in took a little longer, but I was asked to wait because there was only one room available, and it turned out to be a gorgeous, spacious Plaza Suite. We were definitely wowed when we walked in. Parking was easy too, with lots of well-lit above-ground spaces behind the hotel, even for our large vehicle. Thanks to everyone who made the trip memorable.
