The owner was kind and welcoming, and graciously found us a room at the last minute. It was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, with a great outdoor spot for relaxing around a bonfire. The rates were reasonable and clearly explained. We had a flawless stay.

Our two-queen room was roomy, but the stained towels and dirty-looking blanket marks were disgusting. We avoided the blankets and used the clean sheets instead. The AC kept tripping, so temperature control was poor. The bathroom window had no blind and looked out onto an unfenced backyard, which didn't feel appropriate. None of the large room windows had locks either, so it seemed easy to break in and not safe. The business needs to take quality more seriously. I won't return or recommend this motel for a family stay.

The bathroom had bugs in the tub, no window curtains, and no counter space. There wasn't even a bedside table to set anything on. Outside the room there were lots of spiders and cobwebs, and there were bugs and cobwebs inside too. The sheets had large urine and other stains, and there was hair on the sheets and towels. The AC opening wasn't sealed, so we could see outside, and the unit kept shutting off until the room was boiling. There was only one screen for three windows, so opening them brought in many more bugs. The kitchenette had no supplies at all. They gave us a tiny garbage bin but no recycling. The bed was so firm we considered sleeping on the floor. The woman who checked us in was nice, though she didn't actually work there. Two people staying two nights were given only two towels. I wish I could give zero stars.

For a no-frills motel, the room was cleaner and better than I'd expected. It looked recently renovated, the bathroom was spotless, and the mattress had just the right firmness. It worked well for a comfortable night after skiing at Blue Mountain. A clothes rack, bedside table, and another bathroom hook for clothes or a wet towel would help. The main office door also needs a more visible sign, since it was hard to find at night.

Pizza pockets were still in the fridge after the room had supposedly been cleaned and sanitized. I was told it was a very nice room, but it was the trashiest, dumpiest motel I've ever stayed in, and they gave me a shabby room even though I said I was a repeat customer because they'd been nice people before. I was way overcharged. Absolute dump. Do not go here.
