After a delayed flight, I came in feeling like the airplane and airport had personally attacked me, haha. Micha at the front desk greeted me with such kindness and energy that my mood turned around in seconds. She made check-in smooth and pleasant, was thoughtful and friendly to talk to, and made me feel welcome right away. By the time I got to my room, I’d forgotten how awful the flight was. I only use this Delta hotel for business trips, and the experience is always consistent. The rooms are clean, feel luxurious without the price tag, and have a simple, functional layout. It’s 15-20 minutes from the airport, ferry, and downtown Vancouver. Micha, you’re the reason people remember a hotel for the right reasons. You’re world class at what you do. Kudos, and I appreciate you!

We brought a large youth sports team here for a weekend and had a great, easy stay. The staff were incredibly helpful before we arrived and throughout the visit. Parking was easy, the rooms were great, and the restaurant and buffet were good and reasonably priced. The kids especially loved the pools. Thanks for making it such a good experience!

Friendly, helpful reception staff and plenty of free parking. The room was spotless, with a large comfortable bed and a great walk in shower. The location was just right for us on the way from the airport to the ferry.

Everyone working here was really nice, and the room felt cozy. I liked the clean surroundings, pleasant atmosphere, and distinctive perfume. First time here, and I’ll definitely be back!

You can watch the sun rise over the mountains from this modern, clean, pleasant hotel. It has all the amenities, and works perfectly for business. It’s quiet, with a mini fridge and coffee maker, and parking is free.
