The indoor pool could be a bit warmer so guests can enjoy it more. Apart from that, everything was top-notch, and I’d definitely return. The building still looks new and is very well maintained, and my room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well cared for. Breakfast had a great selection and quality that exceeded my expectations. The gym was well kept, too. Staff were warm and always willing to help. The shuttle was convenient, and the driver was especially friendly and professional. I had an excellent stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

It’s a very convenient location, five minutes by car from the airport even with the construction going on, and a five-minute walk to the Dorval train and bus station. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and smelled fresh. The temperature was comfortable, neither too warm nor too cool. The receptionist and manager greeted us with warm smiles and were exceptionally accommodating. We plan to return and recommend the hotel.

A great place to stay before a flight. The location is good, staff are friendly and went above and beyond, and the room was exceptionally clean and tidy. The pool is well maintained, and there’s gated parking for the fly and go option.

The hotel was clean, and the staff seemed to be doing their part, but the atmosphere and policies made it hard to relax. I’m leaving after one night. During my work trip at DoubleTree by Hilton Montreal Airport in Dorval, QC, the room stayed muggy and wouldn’t cool below 20°C. The fan couldn’t be set to run constantly for even a little breeze. After working construction outside all day, I didn’t want to return to a hot, stagnant room, especially at over $300 a night. The thermostat was at 23°C after running for three hours straight. You can’t charge anything to your room, whether from the market or restaurant, so every soda or snack means swiping a card and getting a printed receipt. Everything also requires a key card, from doors and elevators to basic access. It feels more like a locked-down dorm or minimum-security prison than a welcoming hotel. For the price, the comfort and convenience aren’t there.
