The room was huge and spotless, and the bed was comfortable with four pillows that were fluffy but still firm enough for me. The hotel is older, and my room hadn't had the bathroom renovation, but I still had a nice stay. The staff were warm, and they did their best to arrange early check-in when I gave notice. Breakfast was included, though I slept in and missed it. It's well priced, and I'd stay again.

I booked a room with a kitchenette and was pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was. Everything looked tidy and well cared for. The hotel is older and a little dated, but the good reviews and my own feeling about it convinced me to book. The front desk gentleman was quick and friendly, and housekeeping were welcoming and helpful. I'll stay here again next time I'm in Edmonton.

We had bottle service at the Northsidebaby event, and the waitresses were really accommodating. The door staff were extremely professional, and the venue worked great. His shows are always amazing. Good job, Union Hall.

The continental breakfast was pretty decent, and the hotel itself was quite nice, though the area wasn't great. My biggest issue was the heat. The room was extremely hot and there was no way to adjust it, maybe the thermostat was broken. The windows faced a busy street, so opening them made the room noisy. I ended up running the AC on top of the heat.

Our room was dated, and then construction started in the rooms beside us at 9 AM on Saturday, with hammer drills and the like. I complained and was offered a $10 discount, but it never appeared on the bill.
