Best Western Cedar Park Inn

After decades of staying loyal to Best Western for both work and leisure, this experience has made me decide to switch hotel providers. At Best Western Cedar Park Inn, receptionist Alisha and manager Robin repeatedly failed to address the issues I raised. They made promises to fix them and never followed through. The hotel, rooms, and amenities were dirty and poorly maintained, adding to the frustration. I found their behavior unprofessional and feel it falls short of Best Western’s corporate standards; they need retraining.

We were put on different floors from our relatives, and our key cards wouldn't let us access one another's floors. The room also had a broken faucet, and the pool was so cold there was nowhere to warm up afterward. The receptionist looked so gloomy it was scary. This was the worst experience possible. I don't recommend staying here.

Alisha was kind and accommodating when my team and I stayed here. We were a pretty rowdy group, having fun loudly, and she still treated us respectfully and kindly. Later, after checkout, I had to return because I'd left my winter jacket, and she helped me with that too. My room was nice and well kept, and I really enjoyed the early breakfast. Thanks for having us, and a big shout-out to Alisha for being THE GOAT!

Alisha at the Cedar Park Inn made me feel valued and at home right from arrival. She's warm, attentive, and brings such positive energy to the front desk. She answers questions, offers useful suggestions, and seems to truly care about guests and her work. She's a standout employee and a real asset to the hotel. I think she deserves recognition, whether that's a promotion, a raise, or both. Cedar Park Inn is lucky to have her. I highly recommend the hotel, and I'm grateful to Alisha for making my stay exceptional.
