Crash Hotel Downtown Edmonton

The beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in, and the staff were great. My third-floor room was clean and had fun wall decorations. I could feel the bar vibrating, but I’m a heavy sleeper and need noise to sleep, so it didn’t bother me. Light sleepers might want to choose somewhere else. Highly recommend, especially if you’re going to an event at Roger's Place. I stayed two nights and had an awesome time.

The lobby bar had great food and wonderful service, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. I liked the snack selection and mini bar, and the room was nicely done. The location was great, but noise from the bar downstairs made it hard to sleep at times. The heat couldn’t be adjusted and the room was too hot. I loved the shampoo and conditioner enough to buy them when I left, but the shower bottles were nearly empty, and by checkout day I couldn’t get any shampoo out. Checking out at 6am took nearly 40 minutes. I’d stay again, just not for work, and only if the rate were under 100. At 145 a night, it felt too expensive given the noise and the bathroom signs offering a 90.00 stay after midnight.

The rooms have a comfortable industrial look, and I liked the lobby and bar too. My mini bar was fully stocked, and the bathroom was really bright with full-size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I got a real key for the room, which I thought was cute. Apparently they’re expensive to replace if lost, but I didn’t lose mine. I really liked the hotel and would recommend it. It may be my new favorite when I visit Edmonton.

My friends and I stayed for a stagette, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They even took photos of us in the very cool front lobby. The room was tidy, clean, and just the right size. The bed was so comfortable I didn’t want to get up in the morning. Great stay!
