We first stayed April 25th, then came back May 4th, and enjoyed the experience both times. The motel is peaceful by the Iroquois River and not far from the highway. Our room was just right for what we needed, clean, with a comfy bed that gave us a really good sleep. The staff were helpful and friendly.

We were welcomed warmly, and the staff were wonderful with our dogs and cat. The rooms were clean and the property is beautiful. When our cat got out through a window after we accidentally slid the screen open, staff immediately helped me look for him and said they’d take good care of him if they found him later. Luckily, I found him under one of the cottages behind the building. I’m grateful from the bottom of my heart. Thank you all so much.

The staff were very friendly, and the renovated rooms had a restaurant on site, though it doesn’t open until 8:30 am. But I don’t think I’d stay again unless the room was warm. The heat pump only blew cool air, and because it was mounted above the closet with ceramic flooring below, the room was very cold. I was lucky to get three hours of sleep. The bedding also had a scent that made it hard to get comfortable with allergies. Bring your own bedding. There’s no complimentary breakfast, either. Honestly, I might have slept better in my vehicle for a fraction of the cost.

We’ve stayed at La Roma Motel twice now, and the welcome has been just as warm both times. It feels like a family-run place that really cares about its guests. Abhinav, the owner, was kind and helpful. We loved our stay and would happily come back soon. Highly recommend it!

The owner was really friendly, and I felt welcome. The rooms were clean and cozy, the bed was comfy, and the prices were quite reasonable. I also enjoyed the food at Rani's Kitchen right next door. Had a lovely stay 😊
