The evening visit was frustrating. When we came back after dinner to finish the registration card and ask again about the missing coffee maker, the night-shift associate seemed dismissive and almost brushed us off. She only checked the system and found one after she saw how upset we were, and we felt like we were inconveniencing her. The TV also didn’t work, and we weren’t given the Wi-Fi password. Earlier in the stay, the front desk associate was friendly and professional. Nobody was at the desk when we arrived, but she came out from her break quickly when we rang the bell. The printer was down, so she politely asked us to return later to finish the paperwork. She was kind when we first asked about the coffee maker and assured us she’d take care of it. The room itself was clean and about what we expected for the price, but the night service left us feeling let down.

Paid $80 for a clean room. I like these older motels, they’re affordable and often well run. This one’s a good one.

The place was easy to find, had lots of parking, and worked well for a family trip or a stop along the way. It was quiet and peaceful even though it’s near the main road, and having an air conditioner in the unit made a huge difference, especially with [the original review trails off here]. The value was phenomenal, with great prices for the quality. The room was spotless and had the essentials ready, including towels, toiletries, and coffee. The beds were fresh and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating from the moment we arrived. Vic was especially helpful and kind, and made us feel welcome. We had a wonderful stay and will absolutely return when we’re in the area.

The reception staff were very courteous and the room was clean. Everything else was good, and the location was perfect. I didn’t like having the coffee maker and coffee set on the sink, though. It would have been better on a table or somewhere else, away from where people brush their teeth and wash.
