The mattress gave me the worst sleep I’ve had in a long time. The room wasn’t cleaned even once, and they didn’t take out the trash during my three nights. I don’t even want to mention the things worse than that. This is the PG bad stuff.

The manager gets things done and is friendly, and the front desk and housekeeping staff are among the best once they get to know you. The front desk woman can seem stern at first, but she's a sweetheart after you've talked a bit. Day shift is much better. Room prices seem to depend on how short the night guy is for his daily drinks. Don't check in at night, go during the day before the night shift starts. Rooms seem to vary depending on your creed or color. Nice job, ladies. The men need to find some work and do better.

We wasted both time and money here. They couldn't find our booking, and after about 40 minutes the front desk guy photocopied my confirmation email. Annoying, but fine. Then he took us to a room that was already occupied, so we booked somewhere else instead.

The room was about 23°C all night, with no way to turn off the heat and a window that wouldn't open. It wasn't especially clean either, and the bathroom was the smallest I've ever seen. I've stayed in some terrible hostels, and this was worse. I'd rather sleep in my car than stay here again.

The location is great, close to fast food, restaurants, a theater, and other places. Our room was cozy, clean, and nice for any season, and the staff were kind and friendly. The service made the stay enjoyable.
