Western Star All Suites Signature Hotel

Estevan is pretty much in the middle of nowhere, but it's very close to the border, so it's a handy place to stay before crossing. The rooms are large and the staff were really nice and accommodating. Breakfast was good too, and they served real eggs rather than the substitute I've had at other hotels.

The King Executive Suite was nice, but management let the boilers fail and left guests without hot water. I was there for a week and a half for work, and when I asked the front desk concierge, they said they couldn't get a plumber until Monday. It was Saturday. I found an Estevan plumbing company with 24-hour emergency service in under three minutes. Leaving 80 hotel guests without hot water all weekend doesn't count as an emergency? Extremely disappointing. Nice rooms, bad management.

The quiet rooms made it easy to unwind after a long day, and they're spacious, clean, and set up with useful modern features like kitchenettes, workspaces, and cozy beds. The staff were warm and attentive from check-in through check-out, and made everything feel smooth and welcoming. With reliable Wi-Fi, plenty of parking, and a great location, it works well for work trips, families, or a weekend away. A good option if you're passing through or staying longer, and I recommend it for the comfort, cleanliness, and service.

Western Star All Suites in Estevan felt like a home away from home, especially with the full kitchen and lovely soaker tub. My room was spacious and very clean, and the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. I also appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the free breakfast each morning. One of the best hotels I've stayed at while traveling. I'd happily recommend it for business or personal trips to Estevan, and I'll be back.
