I accidentally left something in our room, and the staff went out of their way to search for it, follow up, and keep me updated. Their care and kindness meant a lot, and we felt truly looked after and welcome. My husband and I stayed at the Kanata Inn in Fort Saskatchewan this past summer, and the staff were friendly and attentive from beginning to end. The service made the visit comfortable and relaxing. We’ll absolutely return, and highly recommend the hotel.
Our pet room was clean and opened straight onto a large field where we spotted rabbits. Our dog had a great time! The room suited our needs perfectly, and everything was very clean. The location at the corner of hwy 15 and 21 was handy, with a good range of shops nearby.
Amanda at the front desk is such a sweetheart, and everyone was really nice. I had an amazing night away from home in a pet-friendly room with a jacuzzi. It was spacious and clean, and the bed was so comfortable. I’ll 100% be back.
We came for a hockey tournament and had a great stay. There’s no pool, but the rooms were nice and clean, breakfast was great, and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. Thanks!
Maintenance and repairs were clearly being kept on top of, and things were well maintained and working properly. The front desk staff were happy to help guests, and everyone was very friendly. Our room was clean and spacious, and we loved the variety at breakfast. It’s easy to get to parks, restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. Definitely a great place to recommend to relatives and friends.
