The staff and management make this place feel like family, always friendly and ready to help. Breakfast is hot and plentiful, and the beds are comfortable in rooms that are super clean. Happy to stay here again. Best place in Ft St John, hands down. Five stars all day!

A quiet, cozy place with plenty of room for families. My room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, which also makes it a good fit for a longer stay. The staff were very friendly. I’d recommend it.

After nearly two months here, with my company spending close to $20,000, it’s unacceptable that requests from either me or my wife to clean our room are ignored. The manager is rarely at the front. I’ve waited while she could see me on camera, and even after a coworker told her I was there, I waited another ten minutes for her to come out. The request I was waiting to make again still wasn’t taken care of. It’s an embarrassment for the manager and the staff. Maybe the Microtel would rather have that $20,000. This is unacceptable.

My room was especially comfortable, with a clean bed, kitchen equipment, and a cozy bathroom. The whole hotel looks nice and is very clean. The staff are friendly and professional. I recommend it.

My coworkers and I keep coming back because the service has been so good. When our schedules change, the staff at the FSJ Best Western go out of their way to accommodate us, and they’re always smiling. It makes this a great place to stay in FSJ. I really can’t recommend it enough. My staff and I appreciate everything they do. Thank you.
