The staff were nice, but I almost think they were evil for letting me rent a room here. At first glance, it seemed like a dirty two-star hotel. I was so wrong. There’s a bed bug infestation, and the staff know about it but still rent rooms. Bugs crawled out of the wall. I’ve never been so grossed out in my life. I’m going to spend who knows how many hours soaking in bedbug-killing chemicals just to feel safe again. This place is beyond infested. I feel like I’m going to puke. Zero stars.

Check-in was easy, and the staff were really friendly. The location is great, just steps from bars and restaurants. The pool was so warm I didn’t want to get out, while the clean hot tub was so hot I had to leave it. I had the whole place to myself, and it was open until 11. Thanks for a great stay.

The bed was comfortable, and the room was large, but it needs renovations. The bathroom door wouldn’t close, and the shower could use some updating. The TV was oddly placed and very small. Most disappointing, the hot tub was colder than the swimming pool.

I stay here a lot, and the staff are friendly and helpful. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, and breakfast is standard, with really friendly breakfast staff. The rooms are okay. I often have trouble getting the TV to work, but they usually fix it fairly quickly. All in all, it’s a pretty good place to stay.

The staff are friendly, but this is my second stay and both times the cleaning was poor. The toilet hadn’t been wiped, with urine down the front and sides, there was garbage under the bed, and the floor corners by the bed were dirty. The shower also seemed to have some kind of water issue. On my first stay, the room was bad enough that they moved me to another one. Housekeeping seems to be an ongoing problem here.
