A Touch of English Bed & Breakfast

Clare made check-in and check-out easy by being so responsive and flexible. We had a lovely time chatting with her over the delicious breakfast, and there was also a very friendly, cute cat who came and went. Our room was fantastic, with all the amenities and a nice view of the surroundings. The location worked well for us, with a fairly short drive to anywhere in the city. We really enjoyed the stay and would recommend it.

Our family took all five rooms and suites, so we had plenty of space to be together or have time apart. The basement suites were especially roomy, with modern amenities and lovely views of the pool and city, making them a good fit for families or couples. The bedrooms were very comfortable, with crisp sheets, soft towels, and even a little English sherry for the end of the evening. The house is near downtown, parks, golf courses, and great restaurants. Kelly and Clare are wonderful hosts who go out of their way to make guests feel welcome. Breakfast on the patio, with those city views and delicious aromas around, was a highlight. A spectacular house and location, and a lovely touch of English charm.

The rooms are lovely, but Clare is the reason I’d come back. She’s fascinating and charming, and I could talk with her for hours. We felt at home straight away, and the house itself is gorgeous. The quiet neighborhood has amazing views, and breakfast was scrumptious. Our visit was far too short. If you’re headed to Kelowna, Touch of English B&B is hard to beat.

Toby was great company out in the backyard. Clare and Kelly have put a lot of love and thought into making guests comfortable, from the room amenities to the incredible food. I’d recommend stopping here to relax.
