Staying downtown was convenient, and the pancake breakfast lived up to its reputation. The owner even got up early to make me breakfast before my conference and let me leave my vehicle there for the day. I felt cozy in my room with the window cracked and rain falling outside. The Inn has beautiful historic charm, with period-specific decor that makes it feel like stepping back in time, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. I'd highly recommend this unique place. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This is a lovely retreat close to downtown Fredericton, with the city right there to explore. Angie, the caretaker, was an awesome host, and her blueberry banana pancakes are to die for.

The king room was clean, cozy, and full of beautiful vintage charm, and we had the best sleep of our lives. The only drawbacks were the small bathroom, which had no fan, and not enough power outlets. Angie, the innkeeper, is very personable. Breakfast was amazing, especially the blueberry banana pancakes, and the location is great.

The staff and breakfasts were excellent, but our room was a huge disappointment. We stayed for three nights and got put in a tiny attic closet. The AC was noisy, the windows were so fogged up they were unpleasant to look through, and one was propped open with a milk bottle. The shower was so cramped I couldn't reach my knees without hitting my head. The TV was old, had no smart features, and looked smaller than my computer screen. We chose this place expecting what the online photos showed, not because it was the only place in town. If we'd known what the room was like, we would've stayed elsewhere.
