The owners are lovely and quick to get back to you. This guest house has so much period character and charm, and its location near the town centre and waterfront is ideal. It's a lovely place for a short stay in Gananoque. I'd highly recommend it.

I had a frustrating time with Airbnb's 14-day review limit. I hadn't realized the deadline applied, and after calling and going back and forth to ask for permission, I was disappointed to learn it was against their policy. I wanted to leave a review here because the hosts were beyond nice and helpful. The place was beautiful, original, and super clean, with fresh flowers in the rooms, and our host was super friendly. During the city's power outages, we wanted to iron our clothes, and he offered to take them to Kingston to get them ironed and bring them back. We said no, since it wasn't necessary, but who makes such a kind offer? Their adorable friendly dog is named Lucy. The photos don't show even half of the house or its beauty. It really felt like an amazing trip back in time. I'd go back and recommend it to anyone planning to visit Gananoque.

Natalie and Patrick offered impeccable food and hospitality, with the warm, personal customer service that made a difference. Breakfast was the best we've ever had, made with quality ingredients. We stayed in the garden room at Chrysler house, and the place didn't disappoint in any way. The room had a lovely vintage, cozy feel, a very comfortable bed, and a spacious bathroom. We can't wait to return.
