The standout was the caretaker. She was so kind and made us feel at home, and she adjusted her schedule to help us out. I needed to leave for Ottawa before breakfast on Saturday, but she still arranged for me to have some. The property itself is beautiful and very well kept, and our room was spotless. Breakfast was great, and the location is handy, especially if you take the bus since the Park 'n' Ride is close by. My boyfriend and I had a great night, and we’re looking forward to coming back. I’d recommend it.

We had a really enjoyable night here, and would definitely return. The owner welcomed us into a friendly home. Our room had a comfortable king size bed and a clean private bathroom. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with a generous spread beyond a basic continental breakfast and a nicely set table.

The staff were especially friendly and attentive, and they had snacks, fruit, and computer service available during the day. A La Villa Rivermead felt cozy and homey, and we had a very pleasant stay. It’s only minutes from Downtown Ottawa, so going back and forth at any time was easy. We’ll definitely return.

Paul and Sunny are wonderful hosts, and the B&B is beautifully kept. The rooms are on the small side, but clean and well maintained, and breakfast is wholesome. Parking can feel a bit tight.

Susan made us feel like family, and the place had the warmth of a home. The rooms smelled clean and disinfected. What a charming hotel, I’d recommend it.
