The biggest concern at Le Vibe is safety. People experiencing homelessness often get inside, sleep in the building, damage things, take mail packages, and dig through the garbage. Drug items like needles and pipes are regularly left in the stairwells. The front door has been broken for a long time, and a couple of nights ago someone set a blanket on fire in the parking garage. Management still hasn't told tenants what steps they're taking to improve security. With these problems, competent management would have brought in 24/7 security long ago. Rent is high, yet the building is poorly maintained. There have also been several property managers over the last few years, each seeming worse than the last. A tenant I know personally had a cash rent payment "misplaced" by the previous manager. The current manager is just as dismissive and unprofessional with residents. I wouldn't recommend living here. Be careful.

The shared areas are clean, the staff are nice, and the building is lovely. Just a really good place to live 🙂

There's a gym and BBQ space upstairs, and you can even wash your car in the parking lot, which is handy. The building itself is new, clean, and well managed.

I sent management 34 emails about serious problems and got no answer or resolution. Even a fire hazard didn't get a response. I could keep going, but it looks like we'll have to see it through at the TAL.

The place is small, dusty, and rusty, and the parking fee is $150. I emailed pictures to management and nobody cared. They act nice to get you in, then you regret it. Stay away, the management is awful. We paid a $150 deposit for two fobs. The person taking the money said every transaction was recorded but gave us no receipt. When we moved out, they said nothing had been paid and refused to return the deposit. It looks like the payment was taken but never recorded.
