The beds, sheets, and bathroom were clean, and the room was large, though the rest was so dirty my socks turned black. After a long day of hockey, I needed an inexpensive place at the last minute for my daughter and me. The heater had to work hard because the door didn’t seal, and by morning there was light and frost coming in at the door. I told the gentleman at the front, so hopefully it gets fixed. The sink wouldn’t drain either. I’d stay again in a hurry. The price matches what you get.

The staff called us after I accidentally left my makeup and toiletry bag behind at checkout, and made sure I got it back. I really appreciated that. We also slept well because it was quiet, with comfortable beds and clean linens. It was a pleasant, clean and comfortable stay, and I’d book here again when I’m in the area.

Breakfast had a nice range of fresh things, and the waffles were especially good. The price felt right, too. The rooms were spotless and modern, with very clean sheets and comfortable beds. It was a peaceful, pleasant place to stay.

We’ll definitely stay here again, and I’d even go a little out of my way on a road trip to return. The price was great, parking was easy, and the neighbourhood felt nice. Staff were friendly, the rooms spacious and clean, and the shower had proper water pressure. Breakfast was simple but good, with waffles, toast, cereal and more. I’m surprised this place averages 3 stars, because it’s one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed at in a while.
